About Us

A Promise and a Purpose Home Care LLC was founded on a simple belief: the closest thing to being cared for is caring for someone else. Based in Orangeburg, South Carolina, we provide dependable, compassionate in-home care so families can trust that their loved ones are safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.

Our caregivers are trained to support individuals with a range of needs — from personal care to companionship. That includes specialized support for clients living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease, where our caregivers provide patient, structured care and consistent routines designed around each person's unique needs — for both the client and their family. We take the time to understand each client's routine, preferences, and health needs so that care feels personal, not procedural.
